d. The duration of the free advice session for limited companies shall be limited to a maximum of six enquiries per year. Additional time may be billed separately.
e. Clients are required to schedule their free advice session in advance to ensure availability and effective service delivery.
f. Chadwick Accountants & Bookkeepers Ltd. reserves the right to determine the mode of delivery for the free advice, which may include phone consultations, email correspondence, or face-to-face meetings.
g. Clients must be up-to-date with their payments to access the free advice service. Any client with outstanding payments will not be eligible until their account is settled.

5. Confidentiality:
All client information discussed during the free advice session will remain confidential and will be treated with the same level of discretion and security as any other client interaction.
