Her career also includes over half a decade as a Business Development Manager, where she captured hearts and minds, nurtured teams, and consistently exceeded expectations.
Now stepping into her new role at Chadwicks, Tara is excited to channel her organisational skills, people-focused approach, and unique energy into supporting the team and ensuring the office runs seamlessly.

Outside of the office, Tara is a devoted mum to two “magical” children. She loves family time, takes pride in her home, and enjoys soulful activities such as mushroom hunting and foraging. She is also a keen musical theatre enthusiast, taking on principal roles, singing, and dancing — a true outlet for her creative spirit.
